All of our footwear comes with our Rock Solid Warranty for the lifetime of their Vibram® Soles. If your sole, straps, or upper (clogs) break from any defective manufacturing during this sole lifetime, we will either repair or replace them for free and cover the cost of shipping both ways (USA). For accidental damage, (i.e your dog ate your straps!), we are happy to repair them for a reasonable charge through our Re-Soul program. Please see our Warranty FAQs below for details.

Warranty FAQs

  • We consider the functional sole lifetime to be over when the tread is worn bare in high wear areas such as the ball of foot, heels or outer edges. 

    • Normal wear & tear
    • Accidental damage
    • Damage from pets or other critters
    • Improper care such as sun or heat damage
    • Water damage on leather products
