We offer free shipping for all exchanges and returns for unworn footwear up to 60 days (footwear must be unworn outdoors and in the new condition it was received in). Please complete your exchange or return through our Exchange / Returns Portal. You will be given the option to drop off your items at a return bar location near you with a QR code or you can download a shipping label. Please return all items in the original Bedrock box / packaging, including inserts for clogs (even those dropped off at Return Bar locations).
For exchanges, your exchange order will be placed once the QR code/label is scanned and you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Your exchange order will ship via our standard free shipping option. For returns, please note all refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
If you need an exchange order faster to meet a quick deadline, please use this link to process your return. Next make a new order on our website and choose the premium FedEx Express 2 or 3 day shipping option. Please note that you will be charged for this expedited shipping.
To exchange/return worn footwear within the 60 day return window, we can offer to trade for something gently worn in our garage sale zone or refund with a $30 restocking fee. Please reach out to our customer support team support@bedrocksandals.com and we’ll assist from there.
For International Order Returns please contact us at support@bedrocksandals.com. We will ask you to pay for and arrange shipping back to us.
For International Order Exchanges please contact us at support@bedrocksandals.com. We will ask you to pay for and arrange shipping back to us. Once the old pair is received we will ship the new pair out to you. We will charge $10 to ship the new pair to you.
