Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

USA

Orders placed with Standard Free Shipping will normally ship within 1-3 business days and deliver within 4-7 business days. Orders placed with FedEx 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping Monday through Friday before 12pm MST will ship same day, orders placed on weekends or after 12pm MST on weekdays will ship the next business day. 

 

International

Orders placed with Passport Priority or FedEx International Economy will normally ship within 1-3 business days and deliver within 8-15 business days. Orders placed with Passport Express Monday through Friday before 12pm MST will ship same day, orders placed on weekends or after 12pm MST on weekdays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Standard Free Shipping Method (USA)

We offer free shipping on USA orders over $125. Orders will ship via the most economical service - this may be USPS, UPS or FedEx and we cannot guarantee carrier. If USPS does not deliver to your physical address, please include both your physical address and PO box in your shipping address. Orders placed with Standard Free Shipping will normally ship within 1-3 business days and deliver within 4-7 business days.

FedEx 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping Method (USA)

Orders placed before 12pm MST during business hours Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12pm MST on weekdays or on weekends will ship the next business day. Express shipping cost ranges from $35 to $70 depending on order weight and shipping address. Please note that FedEx Express does not operate on weekends, so keep in mind that a FedEx 2-3 Day shipment for an order placed before 12pm MST on a Thursday would arrive on a Monday at the earliest. FedEx orders placed on Fridays after 12pm MST and through the weekend will be processed and shipped Monday. 

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Passport or FedEx International Economy depending on the country. All Passport shipments are DDP and you will be responsible for paying for any tax or duty charges at the time of check out. All FedEx International Economy shipments are DDU and you will be responsible for paying for any tax or duty charges as a result of importing. Duties and Taxes vary depending on the country of import and Bedrock Sandals has no control over these charges.
