These are so rad, and really feel like a summer must have. The leather is so comfy, and they are built with the quality that I have come to expect from Bedrock. There are some comments on here about how these don’t work super well with low volume feet, and I can confirm that seems to be true. Most flip flops don’t even adjust, so I just keep these bad boys loosish and vibe by the pool. If you try to crank the adjustment down onto your low volume feet, they will push your heel back making you wish you sized up, and it will slide your foot clear off to the side of the shoe and feel weird. However, like I said, I keep em’ a bit looser and this isn’t an issue. If I want secure sandals for adventures, I wear my Cairns. If you have way low volume feet, or you think you might hike in these, get the cairns that Bedrock is known for. If you want cool $100 flip flops, for drinking La Croix and grilling up brats. Then look no further and spend your shmeckles right here dang it.

I live in flip flops from April to October and I prefer a leather sole so when these came out I didn't hesitate. These are built exceptionally well and the cushion and arch support are just right. Not too hard, not too soft. The leather footbed is thick and soft and absorbs moisture so your feet stay happy. The only reason for 4 stars...I have wide feet and even on the tightest setting they're a bit loose. I wish they were a tad more snug so I don't feel like I need to grip them with my toes to keep them on. Perhaps for the Rockhound, different sizing for women, or tightening rungs on both sides of the strap, to accommodate narrower feet would make uni-sizing work better.

I wanted to love these, and I might take a swing at sewing them down but these were a bust for my low-volume feet. At the tightest setting, there is easily 1.5cm+ of clearance, with no room to benefit from tightening them down when terrain pops up. The leather is also not grippy like the rubber soles, so between the loose straps and the smooth leather these are unwearable for anything.
