Instructions
- Add all desired repair services to your Re-Soul & Repair Request. For strap repairs, please list your choice of alternate strap color as we may not have your current strap color on hand. If you are sending in multiple pairs, include a physical note with each pair specifying your desired Re-Soul model, size, and any repairs. Once you've selected all desired services, submit your request.
- Help us keep our equipment (and repair team) in tip-top shape! Make sure footwear is clean, dry and free from debris before sending in.
- After you've cleaned your footwear and submitted a Re-Soul & Repair Request, please ship to: Bedrock Sandals, 101 S California St, Suite B, Missoula, MT 59801 and include a note with your name and email on it.
- We will assess the work and send an electronic invoice to cover services within 1-2 weeks of receiving.
- Re-Souls & Repairs average 4-6 weeks to completion after arrival at our HQ.
- Upon completion of service and payment, Bedrock will ship footwear back to the address entered in your Re-Soul & Repair Request. US repairs ship via USPS and are charged a flat rate of $10. International repairs ship via economical service and are charged a flat rate of $35.
