    Amazing customer service

    Had my old pair de-lam after two years of light wear (bummer, but can't expect perfection out of every pair). Within a week of sending in my ticket, customer service had these on my front porch, in Canada no less. Love these sandals, love the customer service. They will be glued to my feet all summer.

    Pleasantly surprised

    I was expecting the strap (where it is connected to the sole between the toes) to pull out or break. So far these sandals are holding up great. Not sure that I would hike the Rocky Mountains in them, but I would definitely take them along to wear in between the times I wear boots. Great for water and beach applications.

    I love them so much! The first ones I got were too small, so definitely recommend true to size. These down run small. I love these and wear them everyday after getting the size above. The return process was very easy and quick.
