Was looking for a sandal that was a Swiss army knife, 1 sandal for all terrains. The bedrocks fill that niche perfectly. I was comfortable using them at a conference, and then on a trail and even through water! Going to be using them on the beach as well soon, that's unbeatable versatility. I have wide feet and they accommodate for that very well. The sizing sheets helped, but I did find them to run a little small. Overall, very happy with the purchase. They are not the cheapest, but definitely worth the price, the versatility is the value, and they are comfortable.

The overall design is wonderful. The huarache is a marvelous design for many reasons and this is a proper modern high quality version of the concept. They are a daily driver and do tons of things right. I can slip them on easier than any other shoe. They are minimalist which for whatever reason is a limited market for me. I can stay connected to my surroundings and feel free. But also I am extremely mobile and could sprint or change direction or climb or hike with them also. Super versatile and its one of those things that I feel like other might see me as a bit weird for wearing constantly but also I see everyone else as a bit weird for not loving them.

The straps are wonderfully designed, the whole system behind them is simple but put together in an elegant way that makes them work so well.

They do slap around while I am walking and you can really hear me coming if I don't step a specific way. Its not totally obnoxious and a deal breaker or something, but I would prefer if I could be silent.

I also wish the hardware was like titanium instead of plastic or something. My last ones broke at the buckle but I am not upset considering I put them through paces for multiple years and wear them constantly when its not cold. The soles lasted wonderfully but they were pretty worn by the time the buckle broke. Time for new ones. But if I could pay extra to swap to titanium hardware I would.
