I have waited over a year to order these sandals because my previous ones still had a little bit more life left in them. I was very excited when these arrived and wore them immediately the next day. Adjusting the straps to get the correct fit was super easy and they were comfortable on my feet immediately, which wasn't the case with my previous sandal brand because I had to build up calluses in certain areas. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be loyal to these sandals moving forward!

I recently completed walking the Portuguese Way of the Camino de Santiago, walking up to 15 miles a day. I vacillated between wearing a trail runner or the Cairn Evo PROs, but went with my gut instinct and ended up wearing the Cairns every step of the way... and can happily report that I did not get a single blister! The sandals provided outstanding grip on all sorts of terrain (cobblestones, gravel, sidewalks, trails--whether wet or dry), dried quickly on the one day it rained (and were not slippery in the downpour). Since my feet swelled in the mid-80's to low 90's weather, the ability to easily adjust the straps was appreciated (I set the heel strap and hook-&-loop and then cinched/loosened the remaining adjustment as needed). Small pebbles got in the footbed a handful of times, but a quick "shake" of the foot dislodged the stone without having to unstrap/remove the sandal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
