Definitely recommend, brought them with me to my trip to the middle east. Lots of walking in extreme heat. The sandals held out wonderfully and were extremely comfortable the whole way.

I picked these up along with a pair of mountain clogs in plum as clogs were on sale. What drew me to these shoes was the adjustability because I have a very high arch and most shoes that have any type of non-adjustable strap across the instep is just a firm NO for me. I’ve lived in Florida most of my adult life so I’m used to wearing sandals of every variety including many with some type of thing/post between the first and second toe. I bought this particular style because of the depth of the cushioning in the footbed. I’m 61 and my knees and feet are no longer cut out for non-cushioned footbeds!
Pros: Of course, the adjustability! Even with my high arch, I can adjust the shoe so that the center piece in the center of my foot and the shoe doesn’t look off kilter. Next, the ease of putting them on and taking them off with just one quick strap adjustment. I could never get Chacos on without a big struggle because of having such a high instep. Third, they feel substantial and durable, hopefully lasting a good long time because they’re not in any way cheap.
Cons: While I’m used to a post/loop between 1st and 2nd toes, I’m concerned these will rub because once you snug them down, the cord between my toes rubs up and down as I walk. Most shoes that have a toe loop or post are loose and aren’t a feature that snugs your foot down, but more of a securement device so your foot doesn’t flip out if the front half of the shoe. Having a high instep, it would be nice if the foot bed…

I have been searching for years for a pair of sandals like these! I happened to try my daughter's Bedrocks on while visiting her, she has been wearing them for years and hikes and river guides in them, I knew immediately they were the sandal for me and had a pair ordered that night! I wore them all day the first time on various terrains, and had no sore spots or blistering, and yes that was what some of the other sandals did to me! The sole is soft and comfortable, I love the thickness as I can walk over some pretty sharp rocks, and there is plenty of traction. Looking forward to many adventures with my new Bedrocks!

I have wide feet, cankles, and sensory issues when it comes to my feet. I tried on tevas and chacos and the straps on both just felt very chunky, suffocating and were sure to cause blisters. These however, are literally perfect. The toe cord is soft and doesn’t hurt at all, I love how the straps sit on my foot, they are not too high so nothing is touching my ankle and my wide feet get to breathe while also being supported. They are also easily adjustable and easy to get your foot into, which wasn’t my experience with other brands. Highly recommend!
