WHO IS HIGH WIZARD?

Unfortunately, you can not be told what High Wizard is, you have to see it for yourself. A google search is a fool's errand as the only clues that High Wizard has ever posted online are cover scans of a series of dense, hyper-graphic “Mailers,” and a few short animated fever dreams featuring an animatronic wizard puppet called “Merc.”

The "High Council," as they refer to themselves, maintain a steadfast belief in the importance of physical objects and natural systems. You must buy a Mailer to view the High Wizard Landscape. A loyal cult following of readers has slowly grown around the globe, waiting patiently for each Mailer. Access to the High Wizard web store and other portals are only available via a series of hidden codes in each Mailer. In an age of the terminally online, the world of High Wizard extends in all directions: offline.

HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?

A few of our team members ordered High Wizard Mailers and left them laying around the Bedrock office. On a whim, we decided to reach out to the High Council with an email to see if they had any plans on passing through Montana. Six months later, they showed up in person, via Amtrak on a Tuesday to talk shop.  Throughout the entire span of our collaborative process, Bedrock dusted off the handwriting skills and corresponded exclusively via snail mail with the high council. 

Designs, backstory, and graphics arrived from hastily assembled, handmade packets sent with no return address from a series of remote post offices throughout the west coast.  It was up to the Bedrock team to wrangle all of the inputs into a shoe. One year later, and with graphics and Mailers assembled at the source by the High Council, The Stone Wizard Clogs are born. One must Order the mailer to see the full creation.
