Our New Corded Toe-Strap System
The Corded Toe-Strap is considerably stronger than our Basic Toe-Strap, completely interchangeable, and less irritative between toes. This new system is featured on a black strap earthquake sandal in the photos above. For more photos please of the Corded Toe-Strap system visit our Syncline Sandal
. They last longer and enable for easy replacement on the trail if a plug ever does break. We make our new Corded Toe-Strap by injection molding to create a high quality durable sandal plug that rests beneath the sandal sole. We recommend the new Corded Toe-Strap system for all customers. Our Basic Toe-Strap system remains an option for existing customers in love with the original design.

We design Bedrock Sandals to act as a second skin beneath your feet in order to achieve an authentic barefoot experience. Unlike conventional footwear, our sandals fit as closely to the outlines of your feet as possible. Please consult our sizing chart above to find your standard size. Our Custom sized sandal soles are hand cut (standard sizes are machine cut) and based on the foot tracings that you provide. They typically take a week to build and ship out once we recieve your tracings by email or snail mail. The vast majority of people's feet will fit happily in our standard sizes + they will arrive on your doorstep faster. For more sizing info consult our chart in the tab above.
We build all Bedrock Sandals to order and by hand here in our Oakland, Ca factory. We typically build and ship out all standard sized Earthquake and Syncline sandals within 3-4 business days. On occasion, however, we do experience more lag time from high order volumes. Once shipped we immediately send you tracking information to follow your order in the mail. Note: We build custom sandals once a week and as a result they typically take longer to ship out.
